My phone plan is "Fido Pulse 4GB - BYOP" and from september 2019 to July 2020 I used to pay 45 dollars without charges and now it's a 55 dollars bill without charges for the same phone plan in my bill. Why?

It sounds like you had a promotion that expired, if you check your last 3-4 invoices you should see a notice telling you the promotion is ending.
