Xtra is getting better lately in that it is offering something free or offering the chance to win prizes. At first I would see a rebate on some random product that not everyone would necessarily appreciate. But this looks as though there may be a change for the better. I have been with Fido since 2016 and I can attest to the fact that customer service often goes the extra mile for conflict resolution. Thank you Fido. Already coerced my cousin into joining the Fido family. (JK about the" coersed" part)
