Text messages not working and live chat is disappointed

I am out of country at the moment and trying to get help thru chat... Unfortunately Jack is useless.  No live chat is available.  I am unable to receive any text messages as well.  

I would like to contact customer support ASAP.

Any way of contcting them ??

  Welcome to the community!


  In addition to what has been previously mentioned regarding contacting Fido, is your phone connected to the local networks in the Country you're visiting? In order to receive text messages, you phone would somehow need to connect to the networks. That is, your phone would need to have any Airplane or Flight modes disabled

Good morning @NIMHIM37 , sorry to hear that you can't get texting to work. Are you able to contact Fido online with Twitter or Facebook?  The contact on Twitter is @FidoSolutions, also I believe you can contact Fido from out of country, see below.
