I am appalled that I have phoned in on numerous occasions and I am still unable to speak to a supervisor or anyone in a management position. Eventually I was directed to post something here. This mornings phone call took 45 minutes and ended with me being transfered to three departments and as it remains, I have not managed to escalate my complaint of poor service.

I'm sorry to read of your experience. This definitely isn't how we want our customers to be treated.
May I ask what happened for you to want to speak with a manager? I'll be more than happy to help out.
