For the last three months in a row, I have been charged additional fees on my bill. Each month, I spend over an hour speaking to a customer service representative who indicates that I agreed to certain services, when I did not. I do not recommend using FIDO ever. They have awful customer service and have wasted so much of my time trying to have bills adjusted to properly reflect my usage and my contract. I have been FIDO customer for over 15 years, and over hte past 5 years, the service and product has gone downhill exponentially.
