Temporary suspension of phone number

I came to India in may and did a temporary suspension on my number for 1 month but now i need to call customer care for extension of suspension becuase still I am in India but I am not able to contact them cz no one is picking call on customer care number..

pls suggest what r the other ways cz tommorow automatically auspension will remove and billing charges will apply
