Temporary Suspension

Hi,

I suspend my account for last two months and I need to use my phone now. But I can't make any call to Fido so what should I do?

Hey @naderp2000,

 

Welcome to the Community Smiley

 

When adding the temporary suspension,  you won't be able to use your phone to:

  • Place or receive calls including to our 611 & toll-free numbers
  • Send or receive text messages
  • Receive voicemail messages
  • Use data

You need to remove the temporary suspension in order to resume your services. I'll send you a PM to help with that.
