I have a month to month Fido plan and I will be leaving the country from January to March. What do I need to do to temporarily suspend my account?

Hello @Ivy4,
Since you have a month to month plan you can add the temporary suspension for the months you will be away, you will need to contact customer service to set it up.
Temporary suspension can only be added at the beginning of you billing cycle and it is $7/month.
