Hi Team,
Around 12:00, I talked with Fiod agent (not sure from fido/rogers) to ask is there special offer for me. After he/she realized I am loyalty customer, he/she told me he/she will transfer to me the loyalty program to check.Then I waited 1 hour to talk with one agent. But She told me she is from Rogers and cannot help me. Maybe the previous agent transfer was wrong. She will transfer me to Fido. Interesting! I wait another 1 hour. The new agent told me he/she from Rogers as well. Cannot help again! I have been transferred. I talked with the fourth agent. I told him I want to complain what I faced. He did not explain any. I just been transferred again. Now I see the message: "Your chat has been transferred. A support specialist will greet you as soon as one is available." For 3 hours, I keep seeing this msg.
