Talk, text and data usage details

how do you get highly detailed talk text and data usage reports

and is there any way to see current usage info... not just the amount of mins etc....

@jeffsleeman There is no way to see the details while you are in the billing cycle only details we can see is how much we used and what is remaining. 

 

You will have to wait for your invoice to be generated in order to see more and even then it might not be good enough. We can see all the call details except the phone numbers for incoming calls (Fido says its to protect the privacy of the incoming caller). 

 

You will be able to see a detail report of your data usage, as for text messages Fido does not track and report the numbers we text you will just see the amount of text you sent.

Just to add to @KAPABLE-K's post, you can track your usage during your cycle using the My Account app

 

As he mentioned, your usage details are only available once the invoice is issued. Here's a helpful article on how to browse the usage details on the invoice.
