So it's been days after the mad promo rush that crippled client care. Tried every avenue to reach someone for support and is still either timing out on chat or getting the dreaded "Due to circumstance beyond our control we are unable to take your call right now" message on 611 and even on toll-free.
Sigh.

Customer support doesnt exsist anymore I have been trying forever too and the wait time is a consistent 60 minutes to 3 hours and even if you wait they still dont answer.... they used to have a callback service for a single day and then that stopped...
