Switch primary phone number with secondary number that are on same account

How or can i switch my primary number with may secondary number so that the secondary is primary and the primary is the secondary number. Because my primary get all the good deals and offer then the secondary one, and it my account and i gave my mom my order cell phone and i had got a new 1. But she doesn't use data very much and get 100gig plans for 60-70$ and i get 40gig offers fr 50-60$.

  Assuming your lines would like to keep their respective phone numbers, but essentially switch plans, then unfortunately I don't think that's possible. The plans are associated with the phone numbers and not the account per se. Unfortunately, they are non-transferrable. Even if both lines are on the same account, you wouldn't be able to switch plans between the phone numbers. The plan offers available to each line would likely be based on current plan type, duration of use, amount of monthly usage, etc.

  On the other hand, if each line doesn't need to keep their respective phone numbers, you could switch the SIMs between devices. Phone A would receive Line B's phone number and vice versa.
