Switch from chatr to fido

Hi there,

I have purchased a plan and phone for my wife from Fido as a second number under my Fido account, I want to keep her old number. I received a sim card and phone from Fido. How can I transfer the number from chatr?

tell fido to port-over the chatr #, make sure chatr does not disconnect the # before you change over.
