When did Fido start suspending accounts that are only $80 over due? They shut off my data with a $45 reconnection fee, and 3 days later they are going to suspend all services with another $45 reconnection fee. $90 for owing $80. Keep in mind I pay once or twice a month just not always the full amount. Also who owns Fido? I need to get out of this toxis relationship and don't want to jump in with their parent company. There is no specific amount or time before Fido suspend your service, they can so it at anytime.
By your own admission it seems you don't pay your bills on time and when you do you don't pay the full amount, that's a good way to easily get suspended.
