Hi I am outside Canada and I have an agreement Plan with Fido. I am paying for both device and Internet/calls? How can I suspend my service from overseas to avoid paying the whole amount and how much will it cost?
Even I want to pay for the device.

You will need to contact customer support to have the line temporarily suspended.
You can contact customer service even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
