Still waiting to be contacted by fraud department

Called Fido last tuesday with a fraud issue... they said their Fraud investigation department will call me back within 48 hours. It's been a week now and still nothing. Anyone else experienced a similar delay? This is really frustrating...

When a fraud investigation is opened, you're to be contacted within 3 business days. That said, I'll send you a PM so we can take a look at what,s going on with the account.
