Hello,   I reserved an iPhone X more than a month ago and it was shipped on November 23rd, the tracking number doesn't work and the phone hasn't arrived.   I would like to have an update on the status of my order.   Thank you,   Tania

Still waiting to be contacted by fraud department

Called Fido last tuesday with a fraud issue... they said their Fraud investigation department will call me back within 48 hours. It's been a week now and still nothing. Anyone else experienced a similar delay? This is really frustrating...   ***Edite...
