Still have not been able to access someone at Fido to change plan

Hi there,

 

I tried to get a hold of Fido yesterday, phone, chat, and this board but no one has gotten back to me. I have been on live chat all day. I want to change to the 10G plan. Please PM Happy

was able to work with someone over on-line chat - all good now!
