Hi, i have cancelled my fido plan on January 29. I cancelled my plan within two weeks of buying the plan. Thats why my final bill should have been 0 and my credit should be negative coz of the one time fees that i have paid while buying the sim. Shortly after cancelling the plan i got an email from fido stating that my final bill is 0 and my credit is -35. But since then i am getting monthly bill from fido at the end of each month even after cancelling my plan and recieving the final bill from them. Why is that happening? what should i do in this scenario?
