Spotify charged on my first month.

I just got my first bill after activating a sim card on the 15th and I noticed a charge for spotify. I have the app on my phone but i pay directly through spotify so I dont know why I would have been charged for it. It is a pulse plan as well

That's odd! Did you check when was the last you got charged directly from Spotify? Is it possible that the Fido billing has taken over since you registered with us?

I'm due to be charged march 2018 as I got a 3 month for 9.99 offer which I got even before registering with fido

If you go to spotify.com and click on subscription, you'll see if your account is already associated to Fido. 

 

Keep in mind our offer us only available to first time users, it can't be combined to another Spotify promotion.
