Unfortunately they are the SIM numbers on the cards in my phones. Which SIM is it even referring to, the new one or the old one? I've re-entered the numbers numerous times and it still persists with this error.
Any help would be appreciated.

From what I can tell, it sounds like you are trying to activate a new SIM card through My Account on Fido.ca, is that correct?
Are you certain that you are entering the correct numbers? The SIM card number starts with 8930 and is 20 digits long.
Also, are you certain that you have the right SIM card associated with the right phone number? If you place a call using the previous SIM card, does your number come up on the caller ID?
