Sorry something went wrong error during downpayment

Hi there, i  got stuck in while i was doing my new device downpayment. when i was done with my payment of iphone 12 pro that amount was deducted right away from my credit card but at the same time i go this "Sorry something went wrong" message. 


Can somebody tell me what should happen in this case. does this reflect in my fido account in coming days or that money will be refunded. Cause my bank personal told me that, as transaction held on weekend so it will take 2-3 business days. 

Please help.

We do apologise for the glitch. As the money was taken, it's possible the order did go through.


We'll need to check the account. Have you contacted customer service so they can do that?
