It seems like someone hacked into my account and purchased a new phone in my name. I'm the only person to have the access to my account, so I'm not sure how did that happen.
What would be my next step in this case
1) Can these charges be reversed and the program canceled?
2) Is there anything that could be done to secure my account and prevent this from happening again?

You should change the password to your Fido account and the email you use to log in to the Fido account as well.
You would need to contact customer service immediately and let them know what happened and they can refer your case to Fido's fraud department and they will advise you from there.
