Soluto vs Apple Find My Phone etc...

I just received an email inviting me to try Soluto. At first I really can't see why I would install a third party app on my iPhone. Why did I receive this email in the first place?

Do you currently have a device protection plan? That could be why you got the email, its most likely marketing/suggestion from the insurance company Asurion that provides your device protection plan.
