Sim card

I have my own phone but got a plan online to keep my same number now so they send out the SIM card in the mail or do I have to go and pick it up?

Hi @markspeck1977aa , you should receive the new Sim card in the next week by mail. If you don't receive it in the next week,  please call or message fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook to check on the delivery.
