For 3 weeks I have been trying to activate a sim card for my home phone modem. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with numerous people. I keep getting bounced around with no answers. Finally have a new sim card. It needs to be activated. Was told to go to the fido site to activate but I cannot find anywhere to do so! I am so frustrated and in tears. I dont understand why this is so hard!
No one seems to be able to figure this out!
