Today at 10:20am EST the phone just dropped to SOS for almost 10 minutes. No amount of reboots helped. I tried contacting Fido about this but since there is no record of an outage on Fido's end, it's recorded as an account specific issue. That's kind of strange considering the 500 other reports here:

Is there really no record of the outage on Fido's end today? I thought this would be a little more proactive after the events of July 8, 2022. There is also no apology or credit as a result since it's not an outage.
