I was contacted by Fido Ambassador program to come back to Fido end of Jan 2025. While I agreed to bring over my number and my wife's number, the agent sneaked in another line without consent. I did not check this until I got the bill. Called Fido and all they did was open a fraud case. Against their own Ambassador agent? Has anyone faced this issue?

I'm sorry to hear about the situation. If you already contacted Fido and they opened a case, I'm sure they will remove the line and reverse any charges you incurred.
I personally haven't seen or heard of anyone having this type of situation.
