Mobile price increase for march '25

Experiencing price increase again in last 6 months! No explanation why!

When you are 97th on the chat 'wait' list for an assistant it isn't feasible. I will try again. Our contract has finished but I do not recall getting any notice of an increase. That is the least that could be done from a customer service point of view. When reviewing past billings, I wasn't able to find any info about an increase. It just takes you to the current invoice which has the increase.

Any increase to your plan would be announced on your invoice directly at least 30 days before it takes effect. To confirm if this is the case, we recommend you contact us by using one of the methods found here.

Good morning @WinP , sorry to hear you have unexpected changes to your billing. Have you contacted fido customer support to discuss? See Here for ways to reach out. Are you on a contract or an off contract agreement? If you're on a contract with device and plan, that guarantees your monthly fees for 24 months. If you're on a BYOD,  then prices are always subject to change. Please call fido support for a review of your account
