Experiencing price increase again in last 6 months! No explanation why!

When you are 97th on the chat 'wait' list for an assistant it isn't feasible. I will try again. Our contract has finished but I do not recall getting any notice of an increase. That is the least that could be done from a customer service point of view. When reviewing past billings, I wasn't able to find any info about an increase. It just takes you to the current invoice which has the increase.

Are you on a contract or an off contract agreement? If you're on a contract with device and plan, that guarantees your monthly fees for 24 months. If you're on a BYOD, then prices are always subject to change. Please call fido support for a review of your account
