The worst premium replacement plan ever!!!!
On the Fido website it it clearly states for lost or stolen phones same day pick up in store available yet they never honor this you have to go through BrightStar insurance or some BS and wait on hold for hours and hours and still have to wait for your replacement phone to get Courier. Then when they say it will arrive in 1-2 business days it doesn't arrive we have to wait an extra day with neither company Fido or brightstar or UPS taking accountability for this then we receive the phone and it doesn't even charge properly now we're on the phone again for hours and hours to go through the same BS and you think they want to even validate our time absolutely not anyways the whole same-day pickup in store replacement they supposedly offer on their website is **bleep** they do not offer that so it's false advertising that we actually pay monthly for awesome!!

Really sad to hear your replacement experience was not a positive one. It's possible to get a replacement as soon as the same day but there are different factors that come into play. Depending on the model or situation, Brightstar may need to ship you a phone instead.

The replacement phones are also guaranteed so should you receive a defective unit, it can be replaced without a problem.
