😓Wekll it was bound to happen..finally lost my phone of 2 years. So I await Amazon delivery for new unlocked phone. As I did before with byophone. Now we have a shiny new store in Conestogo Mall and I will be going there soon as possible. As a long time customer what are they going to charge me for a new sim card and to transfer my old number to it?? I have suspended my phone so no one can use. I have the print out confirmation. Thank you..

For a new sim card, it's $10 + taxes. You can pick that up at one of our stores. To find one near you, use our locator here.
