I moved out of Canada just a week ago. Beforehand, I made an early cancellation on my FIDO contract but kept the phone. After I came to my hometown(Istanbul,Tr) I made a new contract with a Turkish operator (Vodaphone). However, a few days later my phone got locked. I was just wondering what I can do.

What's the error message that you are getting on your device when you try to use your phone?
Were you ever able to use the device while connected to the new operator?
