My roaming was working before when I was abroad.

then I suspended my Sim for 4 months but now roaming is not working. 
can anyone please let me know what to do, I'm not able to chat with a specialist as well. 
I tried all the steps recommended by chatbot Jack

Hi @Original_Lucy , I suspended my plan and then restored it. I talked to customer rep, she said it will start working but no luck yet Sad

Hi again @Kawal3 , are you out of the country now? You can try removing your Sim card and restarting your device. Then turn off and out Sim back in and power it on again. You can also try going in to your settings and reset your network to see if you connect with a network. Other than that I don't know what else to suggest other than technical support. If you're here in Canada,  those things might help also. 



Hi @Kawal3 , are you saying you suspended your plan and now you can't roam? Or that you suspended your plan and then restored your plan and now you cannot roam? You should contact Fido support to have your roaming restored. See Here  for ways to contact support
