Garbage company likes to steal money

so my plan is 90$ a month,  they kept charging me  181$  each month, for 16 months straight,

those are the bills since oct 2023 untill jan 2025, thats about 2909.53$,  which is 181$ a month. 

and now they want me to make a payment of 450$ for february and march. thay only care about customers pocket. 

any one looking to be with fido don't, unless if you like to give money a way.

  Sorry to hear you've incurred unexpected charges on your bill. However, you should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we know the details of your particular plan and situation.

 

  Judging by the monthly charges, it appears as though there may have been additional or overage usage (ie long-distance charges or extra data usage etc) since the charges have varied from month-to-month. Have you had a chance to view the detailed billing? Those details should offer you information as to why your monthly bills are higher than expected. You should be able to access those details via your My Account --> My Bill. From your Bill Overview, you should be able to Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively. you should also be able to view the details online by clicking your Usage summary.

 

  If you would like to discuss your bill, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
