Hello Community,
I need a help, I bought device in May end, and got charged in June, and in July again, I had returned in July the device, complained several times online via chat, everytime giving me internal refrece and promising next bill will reflect, wasted lot of time, now they are stating next bill gave a case#.
Can someone advise whom to reach next?
