Retrieving the phone number of the text message

Hello, I would like to know if I can retrieve the phone number that was texting me. It got deleted by mistake. I am not looking for the content of the message, only the phone number of the sender. Please help

Information about the numbers you've texted or received texts from are unfortunately not available due to privacy purposes.

For future messages you can have a copy emailed to you by registering for Fido's extreme text messaging service, for more info see here.
