i’m using fido sim card from August
And the due date for payment is October 4 but I haven’t seen my bill for this month yet

I also have 20 Gb again but the remaining days cycle is -1 Day

Normally it is 30 days

Btw I already set autopayment

I don't want to owe any money and pay a lot later
Please help me to explain it

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Firstly, you should be able to view your bill via your My Account --> My Bill. From there, you should also be able to Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill.

 

  You should note that the payment due date is 21 days after the end of the billing cycle (see here). If the payment due date is October 4th and we count back 21 days, your billing cycle would have ended around September 13th. That date would be in line with the remaining days you noted.

 

  You should also note that the automatic bill payment is taken approximately 14 days after the bill is issued (see here). With the automatic bill payment set up, there should be ample time between when the payment is taken and the actual payment due date. There is one exception, however, the first bill after the automatic payment is set-up may require a manual payment.
