I received spam but can’t forward to 7726. Here’s the message:


(FIDO Services) Has sent you a reimbursement in regards of data overcharges. Please follow: "URL Link" to access to your funds. Data rates may apply.

Hey @THarbuk,

 

What exactly happens when you try to forward the spam message to 7726? Is there any kind of error message?

 

Keep in mind you can also report any scams to the Canadian Anti-Fraud center as well.

I keep getting “not delivered” and the red exclamation mark :exclamation_mark:️. A message send failure.

Does that happen with all numbers you try to text? Or just with our short code 7726? Are all the other services working?

 

Also, what phone model do you have? Can you reset the network settings and et me know if that helped?
