Rep couldn't answer my question, just hung up...

How annoying, the rep I called couldn't find a solution to my problem so she just hung up... I hope Fido will follow up on this, what a nonsense practice when someone already spent 40 minutes waiting on the line just to have to call again. I want to know something was done about this, message me and I'll give you the time and date of the call.
