I have a tablet that the plan will be up in a few days I was wondering if I can take it off my account online or if I’d have to get another person to do so?

I would like to remove a line on my phone plan. I had my original Ontario number and added a second line with a new number when I moved to another province. I no longer need my Ontario number and would like to canx that original number and keep the number of my new province. Do I have to call in to change this? Is there a charge to talk to a human to get this taken care of?
