Refund problem after cancelling account

Two months ago, I cancelled my fido account, and in order to make sure I received a refund cheque, I immediately contacted customer service and gave my new address.But after waiting for a month and a half, I still didn't receive my cheque, so I contacted fido again and they said they had mailed the cheque to the wrong address.


Before I opened this account, I was surprised that someone embezzled my information and opened this account, but I still chose to use it. But today I receive a letter, they asked me to contact with bank  by myself. Who did I contact if I didn't receive the money?


I will not recommend other people to use fido, very poor service!!!!
