Refund after Final Bill payment

I'm a Participant Level 1
I'm a Participant Level 1

My Fido account is closed and I have received negative balance amount in the Final bill.

I paid via credit card. 

 

Can you please help me with how can I get this refund?

Will I get the payment credited to the same Credit card?
If you will send it by cheque, what if I have changed my address? Can you help me change the mailing address?

Hello @gaganotic,

 

By default a cheque will be mailed out to the address on file, if you woul dlike to have the credit put back on the credit card you used to pay the bill you will need to contact customer service directly and make that request same goes if your address has changed you will need to contact them and let them know.
