Recordings of conversations

Hello,

I was wondering whether Fido kept recordings of the conversations made through their network (like the full audio recording) of outgoing calls.

I'm asking because a family member recently passed away and I wished to listen to our last conversations together if possible. Thank you for your time

Sorry to hear about the passing of your family member.

Are you referring to incoming/outgoing calls from your phone? No, that would be a serious privacy issue and it would be illegal for them to record our personal conversation.
