Received calls from Fido winback everyday but failed to connect

Hello,

I recently switched one of my numbers from Fido to another company. Since then I started to receive calls from 1(833)425-2387 every day. I searched up that number and it appears to be Fido winback. However, every time I picked up the call it either disconnected after a second or two, or it remained silent. 

Obviously you can't callback the number. I contacted Fido customer service and I was told to wait for their next call as they had no way to connect with the winback team either. Does anyone know what is going on with winback team? Is there a way to connect with them?

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to contact them directly as it's an outbound calls-only department, this is a known problem that the call would not connect you just have to be patient and wait for the calls and it should connect at some point.
