Hello, I negotiated a plan with a customer respresentative and was just wondering where exactly do I need to enter the code?
So I went on livechat and apparently the code was rejected because it has been over a week since I received the code. The reason I didn't use it right away was because I needed to wait slightly over 1 week before my tab dropped down to 0. Is there anything that can be done about this?
