I'm currently in a BYOP plan and found something better and cheaper than what I am currently paying. Will I have to pay any downgrade fee for getting a cheaper BYOP plan?

I have phone with that plan and I unknowingly switched it. Now they are saying I have exceeded the credit limit.

Hey @vishwashah710, Alex here.
It sounds like you might have had a contract and switched to a BYOP plan. By doing that, you would be cancelling your contract and be charged whatever the remaining balance was.
Get in touch with our customer service and we'll take a look into this with you. You can get in touch through any of the channels here.
