Hello I was with fido    before  and I use to have a contract   but I which  to dell    what happen to the contract

If you were currently financing a device and you switched to another provider when you ported your number over to the new provider, it would automatically close your Fido, you would have to pay the remaining device balance.

You will receive an invoice with the prorated amount of your monthly charges and the remaining amount of the device.
