Proving a cellphone is mine!

Hi!!

I always buy my Iphones in Fido. I recently upgraded my cell (iPhone 7) and would like to use it on vacations. The local operator is asking for the recipient that proof the cellular is mine. How can I access to that receipt? Where is my history? Can Fido provide me with a paper stating the cel is mine? Thanks

You can definitely use a Iphone 7 purchased with Fido while overseas.

For the receipt, this is normally provided at the time of the purchase.

Did you buy your phone from a store? Online? or by contacting the customer service?

I bought it in Fido, online. I have checked and I did not keep the receipts. How can I get them?
