It's great that community forum did response quick to solve the issue at this point. I am waiting to receive the amended agreement to show all agreed terms and will update posting. For Fido internal, I do hope that Fideo management cares to improve customer services by finding out where went wrong for customer service phone services and FB messenger internet customer services in handling customer issues. I do believe that these were isolated individual instances which so happened to both these types of Fido customer services (phone and FB messenger). Thanks again.
