Program Promotion credit removed suddenly

I purchased a new device in the Boxing Week sale. The date was December 27th 2023. During the order, I had a payment program promotion offer, and I have a screenshot of that with me. Fido hasn't sent me the device till January 22nd,2024. When I called them, their representative told me I could select a new device, as the device I ordered was not in stock, and they would charge me according to the current charges. Where is it my fault for ordering from Fido or upgrading my device?


Secondly, it wasn't very accurate when I received my device, and their representative removed the payment program promotion and told me to pay the amount they charged me as a whole. 

Kindly let me know how I can fix this issue; I can't afford this much as a student. The billing amount is 113 dollars, including my device and plan charges. 

Can I expect a favourable decision from Fido? Can anyone guide me on what needs to be done?
